Refund and cancellation policy.

This website does not process live payments. If a customer orders a paid service in the future, the price, service scope, payment method, and refund eligibility should be confirmed in writing before payment.

If a customer cancels before substantial work has started, the customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on payment processor fees, administrative work, and any preparation already completed.

Once service work has begun, refunds may be limited because time, planning, prototypes, documentation, or other digital deliverables may already have been provided. Any partial refund will be assessed based on completed work and the written service scope.

Completed digital deliverables, custom documents, prototypes, or consulting services may be non-refundable after delivery unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

To request a cancellation or refund review, email support@zhongruikechuang.cn with the project name, payment reference if applicable, and reason for the request.
